Jordan Galileo Llorente Cortez is a Filipino creative consultant, multimedia artist, music producer, event organizer and freelance writer whose work includes multimedia designs and concepts, beat music, music events and feature articles. He creates and play music under the moniker 199X and as a half of the experimental band Karakul. He also produces music under his one-man record label that he founded in 2008.
Jordan is a fixture in the Bicolano underground music scene since his high school days at Ateneo de Naga University. Upon entering college in 2005, he immediately joined the school's publication writing feature articles about the budding underground music scene of Naga City and about the university life in general. He then started organizing live music events as a way to promote his own ska-punk band Backyard Paradiso. By this time, he started his own record label named Filthy Framework Records and produced demos, singles and extended plays for bands such Hidra, Kalye Dose and December Sky.
After graduating in 2010, he expanded his interest in event organizing by curating art shows and pop-up music events. After Backyard Paradiso disbanded during the late 2010, Jordan formed Karakul with Victor Angelo de Andrada of December Sky.
Aside from being a prolific blues and jazz drummer, Jordan also showed interest in electronic music. He started producing his own brand of psychedelic electronica in 2007 under the moniker Mookie and Doobiest. In 2012, he abandoned these two electronic music projects and began producing beats under the name 199X.
In 2013, Jordan co-founded Spit 'Em Out Rap Battle League with members of the hip-hop collective Kalye Dose.
As of 2014, Jordan still organizes music and arts events and still perform under 199X. he explained in 2014 that plans for Karakul remained "uncertain", despite previously hinting that they would record new material later in the year.
In early 2015, he started working for an audio technology dealership company named Forerunner Technologies Inc. (FTI) as a graphic designer and business development officer. In the same year, he also started DJing and producing minimal techno tracks under the moniker mmmMMM.

Also in 2015, he joined Ruthless Sound Collective, an organization of experimental sound artists and musicians in the Philippines based in Cubao, Quezon City. As two of the circle of main members of Ruthless, Jordan and Jon Romero were responsible for the monthly experimental music event called Expert Trip Mental Music (ETMM) and other experimental music pop-up gigs like Pulseshifter and Stunning Melodic Noises.

In 2016, he co-founded Promdi Collective. PROMDI™ is an internet-based music and arts collective composed of mostly bedroom producers, beatmakers, MCs and DJs from the Philippines' countryside. Under his direction, the collective has released music generically ranging from hip-hop to experimental music since its inception.

After three years of successful and productive stint at FTI, he resigned in mid 2017 to try and venture our in Dubai citing in "need of personal growth and better opportunities for learning" as reasons.

After working in Dubai as a freelance creative for a year, Jordan again re-established his one-man record label in 2019 and rebranded it as Analog Amigo Records. The now online based label mainly focuses now on releasing his own and some of his friends' music on cassette tape format.
As of 2020, he still continues to work as an in-house creative while managing to make his own music and produce others' during his free periods.
